Network protocols using PUSH technology are patched in real-time as new vulnerabilities are discovered. SPAM email blacklists are reviewed on a daily basis. And in the unlikely event that a hardware failure should occur at a customer site, an authorized engineer will be swiftly alerted, and the physical Network Box hardware rapidly repaired or replaced. The Network Box Corporation and all of its representatives do not require access to the clients' file servers or workstations.
