Hillary Blinds
Hillarys Blinds is the largest manufacturer of made-to-measure window blinds in the UK and has a turnover in excess of £90 million. In addition to its Hillarys brand, the Hillarys Group comprises a B2B trade channel, Arena, and several online brands, including web-blinds.com.
Every week Hillarys Blinds processes more than 6,000 orders and makes nearly 30,000 blinds. Hillarys Blinds employs more than 1,000 full-time staff across its three sites in Nottingham and Washington Tyne and Wear; and also retains a UK network of 1,000 self-employed sales advisors.
Charnwood Borough Council
Like many organisations, CBC was using a number of different security technologies to protect itself against the burgeoning myriad of online threats. For example, it outsourced its firewall, VPN, email filtering and web filtering security to separate companies. However, CBC discovered that not only is this method cost-ineffective, it also brings with it an administrative burden that significantly impacts resources.
