2How much does it cost to join the Partner Program?
Nothing! NWBUSA does not charge you for joining our Partner Program. The only requirement is that you make Network Box USA a prime offer within your portfolio. There are no target quotas to maintain either.
3Do you offer any training or tips on how to make the most out of the Partner Program?
Yes, NWBUSA provides complimentary sales and technical training to help you become more familiar with our products and services.
4What kind of sales/marketing support do you provide?
NWBUSA provides hard and soft copy materials, including brochures, datasheets, PowerPoint presentations, and sales planning. We also provide joint initiatives such as cosponsoring of events, webinars targeted to your clients, co-participation to tradeshows and much more.
5How much commission can I make?
As a Network Box USA Partner, you will receive an initial sales commission, as well as annual recurring revenue when your client renews their subscription. The actual amounts are in the reseller agreement, which will be sent to you by our representative once you have completed the form here. Commissions start at a minimum of 25% and you will get commissions every year that the client renews. We also have special promotions and incentives from time to time. NWBUSA has a renewal rate of 95% or higher. This will build a very nice annuity for your company over time.
6I'm thinking about becoming a reseller, but I want to try the product first. Can I purchase the product at a discounted price for personal use?
You can have a 30-day free trial to help you become familiar with our products and services. Once you become a reseller, you will be allowed to purchase the product for use within your company at the discounted reseller rate; we actually encourage you to do so in order for your people to become familiar with the product first hand.
7Am I required to maintain an inventory?
No, Network Box USA will provide all necessary hardware on an as needed basis. All you need to do is sell it!
