We may use the submitted domain and public results to provide the instant report, improve the scanner, analyze public security trends, and identify organizations that may benefit from Network Box USA services. Authorized staff may separately add publicly available company and business contact information during prospect research.

E. Network Box Assistant Conversations

When you use Network Box Assistant, we store your questions, the assistant’s answers, timestamps, feedback, and the reference material used for those answers. Authorized operations staff can review these records to improve answers, identify missing information, and prepare FAQs for human review. Please do not include passwords, API keys, confidential account information, or other sensitive information in your questions.

Some answers are generated using OpenAI. For those answers, we send your question, a limited portion of the current conversation, and relevant reference excerpts to OpenAI for processing. We request that generated responses not be stored for later API retrieval; this does not eliminate the provider’s separate security and abuse-monitoring retention. OpenAI describes its API data practices in its data controls documentation.

The assistant uses an essential session cookie to keep your conversation separate from other visitors. Chat records are normally retained for 90 days after the conversation’s last activity; the assistant displays the configured retention period. You can use Delete this conversation to remove its active chat records. Content-free usage totals and deletion records may be retained for accounting and security, and provider or backup retention may differ. A separately reviewed, published FAQ remains website content after its originating chat is deleted and should not contain the visitor’s identifying details.
